Judith A. McDonnough Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith A. McDonnough of Cutler, Illinois, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on January 17, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Karlechik and Irene Trubacik Karlechik; and her husband Gary W. McDonnough. She is survived by: her brother Michael J. Karlechik (Maribeth) of Edwardsville, IL; her nephews, Jamie, Dake and Nathan; and her niece Emilee (Shannon Crotwell Hesler).
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, private graveside services will be held on Friday, January 22, 2021 at Jefferson Barracks Cemetery, St. Louis, MO with Reverend Kelly Bedard officiating.
Memorials may be given to the American Heart Association or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
