It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacqueline Carrothers of Cutler, Illinois, who passed away on April 3, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, David Lee Bound, Sr. (D. L.) and Jessie Ada Bound (Harris); and her brother Robert Bound. She is survived by: her son Kevin; her daughter-in-law Jennifer Carrothers; her grandchildren, Ian of Mt. Vernon, IL and Elena of Mt. Vernon, IL; her brother David; and her sisters-in-law, Doris Bound, Jr. of Conway, AR and Norma Lea Helvey of Cutler, IL. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
