He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Higgerson and Helen Newton Higgerson; and his granddaughter Angel Higgerson. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Higgerson of Cutler; his grandchildren, Ronnie Higgerson (Kim) of Cutler, Steve Higgerson (Samia) of Chester, Crystal Mueller (Van) of Chester and Barbara Higgerson-Harmsen (Will) of Steeleville; his great grandchildren, Brooke Higgerson, Averi Mueller, Samuel Higgerson, Paige Rodewald (Bryan), Shea Atchison (Jacob), Adrian Harmsen, Ronnie Higgerson and Erica Eggemeyer (Lanny); and his sisters, Joy Roberts (John) of Campbell Hill and Donna Goodrich (Jerry). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
