He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Helena "Helen" Maatman and Dutch; his siblings, Ken and Rich; his wife Adeline Elizabeth Swinford; his children, Dr. David Zegers (Cheryl) of Lancaster, PA, Paul Zegers (Phyllis) of Roseburg, OR, Kathleen Wright of Custer Park and Karen Platt (Terry) of New Lenox, IL; his son-in-law Don Wright; his brothers, Kenneth Zegers and Richard Zegers; and also Evert "Ed" Zegers. He was also cherished by 11 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.
