She was predeceased by: her parents, Hilary Herman and Cynthia Rebecca Jones (Metheney); her stepfather Vernon Bailey; and her brothers, Paul Jones and Thomas Jones.
She is survived by: her husband Bobby Billings; her children, Cindy Erdmann (Wayne) of Custer Park and Harold Billings (Jackie) of Coal City; her grandchildren, Megan Graham (Tyler) of Buckingham, Beth Gans (Steve) of Odell, Colton Billings (Haley Kenny) of Coal City, Caleb Billings (Paige) of Bourbonnais, Grant Billings (Mary-Caroline Kennis) of Louisville, Brandon Billings of Manteno and Mia Billings (T. J. Daufenbach) of Coal City; her great grandchildren, Steven Gans, Finley Graham and Brooks Billings; her siblings, Jeanetta Wolfe (Shirl) of West Virginia, Ray Jones (late Dreama) of West Virginia, James Jones (Faye) of Florida, Loretta Hambrick (Mike) of West Virginia, Kathy Clay (Floyd) of West Virginia, Vernon Bailey of West Virginia and Hollie David Bailey (Mary) of West Virginia; and her sisters-in-law, Janie Jones of West Virginia and Mary Jones of West Virginia. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
