With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Reginald Raymond Coutant of Custer Park, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on January 24, 2021 at the age of 75. He was predeceased by: his parents, David Louis and Goldie Alice Coutant; and his siblings, Ethel Taylor and Clark "Butch" Coutant. He is survived by: his wife Marsha Coutant; his children, Reginald R. Coutant, Jr. of Bonfield, IL and Brandy Hoger (Shawn) of Manteno, IL; his stepdaughter Karen Kapsch (Tom) of Joliet; his grandchildren, Jack, Abby, Max Coutant, Madelyn, Aubrey Hoger and R. J. Kapsch; and his sister Mary Nelson (David) of Eagle River, WS. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial services for Reggie will be at the R. W. Patterson Funeral Home & Crematory, Friday, February 5, 2021 from 10:00a. m.-1:00p. m., with a memorial service beginning at 1:00 p. m. All attendees are required to wear face coverings, follow social distancing guidelines, and due to the capacity requirements, please be brief with your condolences to allow other guests to pay their final respects.
