John James Nagy Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 20, 2021 we had to say goodbye to John James Nagy of Custer Park, Illinois, born in Hammond, Indiana. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Nagy and Mary Nagy (Scripnec); and his siblings, Julius, Pauline and Ann Marie.

He is survived by: his mother-in-law Arlene Thompson; his wife Arlene; his children, John M. Nagy (Sharon) of Minnesota, Kathleen Neyhart (John) of Custer Park and Christine Kish (Joe) of California; his siblings, Madeline Schmitz of Crete and Ronald Nagy of Munster, Indiana; his grandchildren, Elisabeth (Jamie), Christopher, Tiffani (Mike) and Stefanie; and his great grandchildren, Emma, Addison, Arabella, Claire, Lillian and Katherine. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic restrictions, private family interment will be held at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood.
