He was predeceased by: his mother-in-law Florence Oestry-Farmer; and his sister-in-law Paula Oestry-Johnston. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Melissa Cott Kwavnick (Warren) of Florida, Crissy Cott (Donovan) of Tennessee, Mayalyn Cott of Illinois and Kevin Martis; his granddaughters, Olivia and Lindsey; and his siblings-in-law, Howard Oestry of Texas and Carol Franklin (Jeff) of Wisconsin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Preferred memorials may be made as gifts in Frank's memory to Vitas Hospice or to the American Heart Association.
