She was predeceased by: her father Harry Alven,; her husband Edward Joseph Hackl, Jr.; her brothers, Frederick Von Alven (Evelyn), Harry Von Alven, Jr. (Kathy) and James Von Alven; and her sister-in-law Dolores Junker.
She is survived by: her children, Douglas E. Hackl (Debra) of Manteno, IL, Cynthia K. Sitar, Jr. (Anthony J. "Tony") of Marseilles, IL and Dennis L. "Poncho" Hackl (Jill) of Franklin, KY; her grandchildren, Shelly Hackl, Jason Hackl (Joan), Darren Hackl, Kelly Hackl, Ashlee Herbold (Christopher) and Anthony "Tony" Sitar, III; her great grandchildren, Kelsey, Makayla, Aubrey, Jordan and Lilly; her great great grandchild Olivia; her brother Gerald Von Alven (Carol) of Beecher; and her sisters-in-law, Carol Bruns (Ken) of Sollitt, IL, Amelia Schriefer (late Harold) of Grant Park, IL and Mary Ann Lindahl (Steve) of Elgin, IL. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in her name may be directed to the Zion Lutheran Church in Bonfield.
