He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Silvis and Carole Silvis; his sons, Ryan and Brandon; his father-in-law Francis Zielinski; and his nephew Tyler.
He is survived by: his wife Suz; his sisters, Cindy Smith (Stan) of Pickerington, OH and Kellie Banyay (Jeff) of Pickerington, OH; his stepson John Protain (Sabrenna) of Camden, NC; his children, Jason, Ashley of Cleveland, OH and Shelby of Youngstown, OH; his mother-in-law Judith Zielinski; his brother-in-law Barry Zielinski (Audria); his nieces and nephews, Jordan, Josh, Haley, Ariel, Brittney and Dominique; and his pet Bella. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to the American Cancer Society.
