He was predeceased by: his parents, George H. Moritz and Bernadine Moritz (Waldschmidt); his siblings, Harold Moritz, Eugene Moritz, Francis Moritz and Elizabeth Harms; and his grandson Jordan Moritz.
He is survived by: his wife Bernice L. Donley; his sons, Phillip W. Moritz (Kristi) of Buckingham, IL, Anthony E. Moritz (Jodi) of Cabery, IL and Eric J. Moritz (Melissa) of Appleton, WI; his siblings, Edward Moritz (Phyllis) of Kempton, IL, Eilene Young of Minonk, IL and Alice Ommen (Stan) of Bloomington, IL; his grandchildren, Brad Moritz (Ashley), Adam Moritz (Jackie), Kyle Moritz, Troy Moritz, Jared Moritz, Dayna Kinkade (Shawn), Sarah Moritz and Cole Moritz; and his great grandchildren, Madison Moritz, Callie Moritz and Myla Moritz.
