It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ellen Christine Hoffman (Cullom, Illinois), born in Fairbury, Illinois, who passed away on February 21, 2020, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, James Perkins and Joanne Perkins (Cullom); her siblings, Elaine Clapp (Herscher) and Steve Perkins (Herscher); her husband James Hoffman; and her children, Hannah and Nathan.
Memorials may be made in her honor to the Robert H. Lurie Comprehensive Cancer Center of Northwestern University and Iroquois Memorial Hospice.
