He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Dean Sr. and Nancy M. Kruzan (Purtle); his daughter Tammy Kruzan; his great grandchild Boden Florey; and his mother-in-law Carrie Polhans.
He is survived by: his wife Lynda Polhans; his children, Michael Kruzan (Tina), Quentin Bennet (Linda), Delbert Bennet (Susan), Kevin Kruzan (Corin), Richard Kruzan III, Jacob Kruzan (Samantha), Jennifer Kruzan, Brent Kruzan and Matthew Kruzan; and his parents-in-law, Keith Polhans, Ricky Zaremsky and Billie Jo Zaremsky. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, 4 siblings, 4 sisters-in-law, 3 brothers-in-law, 15 nieces & nephews.
Memorials may be made to a college fund for Matthew Kruzan.
