With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard H. Stockbarger in Cuba, Illinois, who passed away on January 27, 2023 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Otho Stockbarger and Margaret Stockbarger (Egan); his wife Elsie Safly; his siblings, Mary and Dan; and his daughter Jill Forland.

He is survived by: his daughter Shelli; and his sons-in-law, Dennis Stump of New Orleans, LA and Chris Forland of Austin, TX..

Memorial contributions may be made to the Springfield Park Foundation in memory of Richard Stockbarger.
