It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Guinn of Cuba, Illinois, born in Evansville, Indiana, who passed away on October 26, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry and Miranda Frances Tyler (Carney); and her siblings, Winnie Sedivy, Ed and Keith Tyler.

She is survived by: her husband Donald "Don" Guinn; her children, Linda Sue Bethke (Barry) of Mancelona, MI, Dianna Davis (Nate) of St. Louis, MO, Gene Guinn (Evelyn) of Pekin, Ricky Guinn of Oklahoma and Penny Oquendo (Carlos) of Peoria; her grandchildren, Carlos Oquendo, Jr. (Mikaela), Alexis Belless (Ty), Reggie Williams, Jr. (Natoya), Robert Williams (Aja), Ryan Williams (Charity), Chad Zahner (Ashlee), Ashley Guinn, Adam Bethke and Lynn Ann Wiltse; and her siblings, John B. Tyler (Beverly) of Berne, IN, Brenda Arians (Arlyn) of Washburn, IL and Linda Galloway (James) of Barto, PA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family through CEFCU–Penny Oquendo FBO Norma Sue Guinn, to help with funeral expenses.
