He was predeceased by: his father William E. Andres, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Virginia Andres; his children, Kylie, Billy IV and Jami; his sister Danette Mannix (Patrick); and his nieces and nephews, Ryan, Morgan Mannix and Meghan Bernero (Justin). He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family.
