She was predeceased by: her parents, John Riley and Ruth Riley; her husband Edwin W. Borter Sr.; her son Scott Hagerman; her brother Bruce Riley; and her brother-in-law Delbert Calhoun.
She is survived by: her daughter Rhonda Castle (Mark); her stepchildren, Stephen Borter (Mary), Jeff Borter and Deborah Borter; her grandchildren, Jeremiah Castle, Hannah Castle, Sarah Castle, Katura Hagerman, Bronte Borter Rogers, Nathan Borter and Jessica Borter; and her brother Hobart Riley (Florence). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
