She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Wasson and Edith Wasson (Wilke). She is survived by: her children, Jeffery Pope, Lori Stange (Wolfgang), Kelli Claps (Philip) and Ryan Pope (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Gunther Stange, Deiter Stange, Allie Brazelton, Addison Claps and Lydia Pope; her sister Carolyn Horn (Dick); and her nephews, Rick Horn (Esther) and David Horn (Kristy).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Davenport Family Funeral Home (419 E Terra Cotta Ave, Crystal Lake, IL 60014). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 7:00 PM and on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, the American Heart Association, or The Senior Care Volunteer Network in Crystal Lake.
