She was predeceased by: her parents, James Riva and Rose Riva; her siblings, James Riva (Marianne) and Donna Cahill; and her brother-in-law Donald Cahill.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Blazier; her son John Blazier (Amy); her granddaughters, Melissa Blazier and Natalie Frericks (Michael); and her great grandchildren, Kash Michael and Leni Rose.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society or the Heart Association of Crystal Lake, reflecting Rosemary's lifelong dedication to helping others.
