He was predeceased by: his sister Bonnie Cam. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Capcik; his children, Deborah Burrell, Karrine Mahovsky (Jeff) and Christopher Capcik (Michelle); his grandchildren, Jake Gatenby, Kylie Gatenby and Avery Capcik; and his siblings, Joseph Capcik (Pam) and Cheryl "Chas" Wright.
