He was predeceased by: his wife Josephine; and his sister Louise Watkins. He is survived by: his children, Jeanmarie Carone, Michaelene Stepp (Keith), Michael Carone (Teena), Kathy Scherer and Annmarie Piro (Jon); his grandchildren, Christopher Keen, Tracey Adams (Kevin), Ryan Keen, Dana Keen, Barbara Stepp, Callum Stepp, Johnathan Carone, Allison Carone, Alex Scherer, Taylor Scherer, Hunter Scherer and Sophia Piro; his great grandchildren, Isabelle and Isaac Adams; his sibling Grace Mazzurco (Tony); and his children-in-law, Daniel Keen and Jay Scherer.
Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery, In Lieu of flowers memorials to FMDA Scholarship fund PO Box 9000, Box 902 Camp Pendleton, CA 92051 appreciated.
