She was predeceased by: her mother Diane MacDonald. She is survived by: her father Steven MacDonald; her husband Matthew Chamberlain; her children, Faith Marie, Charlotte Grace and Ryan Paul; her siblings, Carrie Parkinson and Joey MacDonald; her aunt Debbie Tripp; and her grandmother Priscilla Parkinson.
