She is survived by: her husband Paul; her daughters, Katie Akers and Amy Hammarstedt; her grandchildren, Sydney and Owen Akers; her siblings, Don Brandeau, Brad Brandeau (Raina Dey) and Barb (Bill Barwa); her parents-in-law, Deane and Joan Hammarstedt; her siblings-in-law, Eric (Tammy), Dave Hammarstedt (Denise) and Dr. Kirsten Kershaw (Joe Herba); her nieces and nephews, Leah Hammarstedt (Tim Behrens), Kyla Riley (Eric Mouroukas), David Hammarstedt (Moira), Emily Barwa, Nico Brandeau, Will Kershaw (Maddie Fox), Alex Kershaw and Sophie Kershaw; and her pet Yogi.
