Lorraine V. Egan Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lorraine V. Egan of Crystal Lake, Illinois, who passed away on November 30, 2024, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold (Catherine Miller) and Lorraine; her husband John Egan; her sisters, Rita Fitzgerald, Shirley Oost and Sandra Brady; and her nieces, Connie Oost, Glenda Miller and Brenda Oost.
She is survived by: her children, Katherine Meyer (Robert) of Libertyville, Patricia Faellaci (John) of Midland, MI and Michael Egan (Brenda) of Crystal Lake; her grandchildren, Jared Faellaci (Tasha), Dean Faellaci (Hazel) of Lake, MI, Amie Krummick (Matt) of Libertyville, Bryan Meyer of Raleigh, NC, Corinne Egan (Eisen Ligutam) of Crystal Lake and Christina Egan of Crystal Lake; her great grandchildren, William Faellaci (Jordynn) of Burlington, WI, Madeline Faellaci of Daphne, AL, Elizabeth Faellaci of Riverside, CA, Charlee Faellaci, Jackson Faellaci, Sophie Krummick of Libertyville, Jake Krummick of Libertyville and Madison Meyer of Raleigh, NC; and her great great grandchild Charlotte Faellaci of Burlington, WI. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:15 AM at the St. Elizabeth Ann Seaton Catholic Church (1023 McHenry Ave, Crystal Lake, IL 60014). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 10:15 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Crystal Lake Memorial Park Cemetery (8012 Ridgefield Rd, Crystal Lake, IL 60012).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Legion Post 171 or your favorite veterans' organization.
