It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Laura Thurow (Crystal Lake, Illinois), born in Schaumburg, Illinois, who passed away on January 1, 2020, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry J. Freise and Christine Freise (Kirchhoff); her husband George Thurow; her sons, Thomas and Paul; and her siblings, Pauline Zoellick, Sophie Winkelmann, Henry, William, George and Robert.
She is survived by: her son Roger (Anne); her grandchildren, Brian, Aishling, Jane and Maria; and her daughters-in-law, Anne and Amy. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Immanuel Lutheran in Laura's name.
