She is survived by: her children, John Sladek (Cindy), Susan Sladek and Jennifer Nebesky; her siblings, Frank Radke (Jane) and Karen Wendel; her niece Sharon; her nephews, Mark, Paul, Michael and Boston; and her pet Gus.
