James Forbes Obituary

With profound sadness, we say goodbye to James Forbes of Crystal Lake, Illinois, born in Elgin, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. James left this world on August 27, 2024 at the age of 73, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Forbes and Vera Forbes; his sisters, Vera, Julie and Betty; and his siblings-in-law, Patricia Bossow and Dennis Golladay.

He is survived by: his wife Linda Forbes; his children, James Thomas "JT" Forbes and Jody Chittick (Wayne); his grandchildren, Carson, Caden and Vera; and his brother Bruce Bossow. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Cancer Society would be appreciated.
