We are sad to announce that on March 19, 2024, at the age of 94, Jack Clifford Shultz of Crystal Lake, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Shultz and Mildred Shultz; his wife Betty Berniece Stevens; and his brothers, Ronald Leon Schultz and Gail Woxen Shultz.

He is survived by: his children, Deborah Schmidt (Ray), Thomas Shultz (Gloria) and Robert Shultz (Yoko); his stepchildren, Nancy Carroll (Terry) and Gary Brooks (Susan); and his grandchildren, Ryan Schmidt, Jack Shultz, Lindsey Goll, Jeremy Duckham, Joy Austria, Mekenna Ellis, Ashley Kruchko and Paige Miller.
