It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Kuzmyn of Crystal Lake, Illinois, born in Warsaw, Illinois, who passed away on April 17, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Barchuk and Pearl Barchuk; and her brother Gene Barchuk. She is survived by: her husband Wladyslau "Wally" Kuzmyn; her daughters, Christine Bromir (Ted), Carolyn Taylan (Mike) and Cindy Freeman (Jeff); her grandchildren, Andrew Bromir (Stephanie), Jake Freeman (Erin), Lily Freeman, Kyle, Brian, Amanda, Ryan, Tyler Ziolko and Quinlan Taylan; her great grandchild Niko; her siblings, Lucy Waden, Gloria Perekrest (George) and George Barchuk (Jan); and her sister-in-law Shelia Barchuk. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
