He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Hammond and Clydie Myrl Hammond. He is survived by: his wife Dana Dill Hammond; his children, Vince Hammond and Tracy Stegall (Todd); and his brother John Hammond (Susan). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
