He is survived by: his wife Sherry Green; his children, Brian Green (Margie) of Winona, TX, Phillip Green of Youngsville, NC and Dr. Anne Green (Dan Mohnen) of Crystal Lake, IL.; and his brothers-in-law, Kenneth Magill (Sandy) and Leonard G Magill. He is also survived by five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
