She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Wasserstrass and Helen Wasserstrass (Haacker); her siblings, George, Ruth and Marjorie; her brothers-in-law, Ronald Emricson and Jimmy Grimes; and her niece Lisa Wasserstrass (Charles Wells).
She is survived by: her sister Nancy Grimes; her nieces and nephews, Randy, Barbara Grimes, Cathy, Lou Harting, Rick, Luanne Grimes and Valerie Emricson; and her close friend Dorothy. She is also survived by great nieces and nephews, step children and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the church, St. Joseph-Joliet Auxiliary, or Lightways Hospice.
