It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dennis Forrest Swett of Crystal Lake, Illinois, born in Woodstock, Illinois, who passed away on December 28, 2022, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Swett and Sylvia Swett; and his siblings, Edward Swett (Lydia) and Thomas Swett. He is survived by: his siblings, Martha Richards (Larry), John Swett, Jim Swett (Susan), Richard Swett (Barb) and Antoinette Swett. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
