Holm Jr. of Crystal Lake, Illinois, born in McHenry, Illinois, who passed away on June 29, 2022, at the age of 30, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Betty, Irvin Holm, Mary Lerner and Linda Mensching. He is survived by: his parents, Joyce and Dennis, Sr.; his sister Rebecca Holm; his niece Isabella; his nephew Lionel Arredondo; and his grandfather Thomas Lerner. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.
