She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald (Catherine Pierce) and Prudence. She is survived by: her husband Danny McDermott; her son William McDermott (Tabitha Peterson); her granddaughter Zeppelin; her daughter Elizabeth Lamb (Joshua); her grandsons, Kayden and Parker; her sisters, Cynthia Hyatt (Russ) and Connie Schmidt (Douglas); her aunt Mary Landis; and her uncle Buck. She is also survived by Many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Spoerl Park Building (7610 Pingree Rd, Crystal Lake, IL 60014).

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in her honor to her grandchildren's future education.
