He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Edward Konecki (Janine), Susan Steffens (late James) and Steve Konecki (Kari); his grandchildren, Jeffrey Steffens (Alli), Steven Steffens, Ashley Konecki and Ryan Konecki; his great grandchild Luke Steffens; and his sisters-in-law, Felicia Konecki and Cynthia Konecki. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
