Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Chuck Schwartz Jr. (Crystal Lake, Illinois), born in Elgin, Illinois, who passed away at the age of 59, on September 7, 2018. He is survived by: his parents, Ralph Schwartz and Helen Schwartz; and his siblings, Christine Schwartz, Cathleen Bava (Phillip), Craig Schwartz (Linnea), Constance Ballantine (Richard), Cynthia Corrado (Joseph) and Chadwick Schwartz. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers the family is asking for Masses to be offered for the repose of Chuck's soul in a series of Gregorian Masses or to JourneyCare Hospice.
