He was predeceased by: his parents, Radford M. Johnson and Eunice Johnson (Siegert); his spouse Margie Johnson (Boling); his son Eric Shawn Johnson; and his sisters, Laura Belle Taylor, Pauline Johnson, Eunice E. "Betty" Shinn and Patricia Ruth Barnhart.
He is survived by: his children, Michael L. Johnson of Crossville and Jonna K. of Appleton; his brother Radford M. Johnson, Jr. of Crossville; his grandson Tyler R. Johnson of Crossville; his sister-in-law Uldene Stephens of Philpot; and also, Kim Dickey of Crossville and Higgins of Appleton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
