He was predeceased by: his parents, James Combs and Valeria Combs (Flowers); and his siblings, James D. Combs, Jr. and Karen Chisholm. He is survived by: his children, Jeremy Combs, Nicholas Combs and Samantha Combs of Crossville; his siblings, Jeff Combs (Dee) of Elkview, Kathy Helpingstine (Mark) of Harrisonville and Robin Combs of Crossville; his brother-in-law Tom Chisholm of Spring Hill, Kansas; and his grandchildren, Alexa Combs, Morgan Combs, Zach Nelson and Jaycee Hallam. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
