With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rickey Steed of Crossville, Illinois, born in Carmi, Illinois, who passed away on December 11, 2021 at the age of 64. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Rickey Steed to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Steed and Madeline Steed (Hillyard); and his siblings, Michael Hayden, Butch Steed and Carmen Stanley.

He is survived by: his siblings, Tammy Ireland (Roy Owen) of Crossville, IL, Jason Steed of Crossville, IL, Kay Hagen (Ron) of Oklahoma City, OK and Daphne Webb (Rick) of Maunie, IL. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Contributions can be made in Rick's memory to the American Heart Association, and will be accepted at Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi, who is in charge of arrangements.
