She was predeceased by: her parents, Ausby Taylor and Pearl Taylor (Taylor); her husband Samuel Thomas Guinn; her sons, Michael and Terry Guinn; and her brothers, Jack Taylor, Jimmy Taylor (Gloria) and Kenneth Taylor.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Guinn of Crossville, Tommy Guinn of Mt. Vernon, Indiana, Terisa Owen of Carmi and Lisa McConnell (Charles) of Mt. Vernon; her siblings, Shirley Taylor of Crossville, Billie Mullins (Byrl) of Crossville, Barb Fleck of Carmi, Linda Chambers (Steve) of Jasper, Carolyn Hammond of Crossville, Cathy Schmidt (Brian) of Mt. Vernon and Lavonda Tate (Jerry) of Effingham, Illinois; her grandchildren, Jeremy Owen, Justin Owen (Felicia), Amanda Warren (Terry), Derek Spicer (Sarah), Brandy Brass and Brooke Stizman (Austin); and her great grandchildren, Brantley Owen, Boe Owen, Brie Owen, Hunter Warren, Riley Warren, Tyson Spicer, Lexi Chipps, Levi Brass and Addison Sitzman.
