He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Wayne "Buck" Wills and Opal Wills (Carlile); his granddaughter Holly Dawn Musgraves; and his siblings, Wayne Wills and Judy Beets (Wills).
He is survived by: his wife Karen Jean Wills (Daily); his daughters, Susan O'Neal (Wills) and Lori Ann Wills Cullison (Brent); his siblings, Jerry David Wills (Jill), Virgina Rountree and Tonia Renee Strader (John); and his grandchildren, Jeremy Musgraves (Ashton), Jordan Ambrous (Kelsey), Hadyn Browning (Jeni), Brandon Browning and Richard Cullison.
