He was predeceased by: his daughter Megan Sue Davis. He is survived by: his parents, James Davis and Rita Sue Havice (Price); his children, Jason Paul Davis, Jr. and McKayla Davis; and his siblings, Jack Allen Davis (Becky), Jeffrey Joe Davis (Brenda), Jenny Lambert (John), Jim Joe Davis (Angie), Joe McCoy (Katrina) and Kenneth Havice (Christina). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
