He was predeceased by: his parents, Joel N. Cox and Anna Cox (Phillips). He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Cox of Crossville; his sons, Billy Ray Cox (Cheryl) of Evansville, IN and Jeffrey Ralph Cox (Shana) of Crossville; and his sister-in-law Leanna Reece. He is also survived by five grandchildren; one great grandchild.
