It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Ray Phipps of Crossville, Illinois, who passed away on April 27, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Paul and Opal Bernice Phipps (Large). He is survived by: his wife Leta Phipps of Crossville, IL; his sons, Tony Ray Phipps (Sheri) of Affton, MO and Kevin Ray Phipps of Carmi, IL; his grandchildren, Devin, Tyler, Drew and Eryn Phipps; and his brothers, Dale Swafford (Judy) of South Bend, IN and Gary Swafford (Dawn) of Benson, AZ. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
