She was predeceased by: her brother Kerry Cantrell. She is survived by: her husband Kevin Westfall of Crossville; her son Brandon Westfall; and her siblings-in-law, Sherrie Morlock (Bruce) and Larry Forrest (Deborah). She is also survived by many other friends and co-workers.
