She was predeceased by: her grandmother Whitehead; her father Charles "Chuck" Fishback; and her son Dustin Matthew Fishback. She is survived by: her spouse Glenn Jacobs; her daughter-in-law Rebecca Fishback; her grandchildren, Madison, Morgan Strong, Elana and Liam Fishback; her brothers, Glenn Fishback (Desi), James Fishback (Jessica) and David Fishback; and her siblings-in-law, Kim, Charles Jacobs, Patsy and Tom D'Amico. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
