He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Sutliff and Mable Irene Jones (Allen); and his sons, Charles Richard Jones and William Keith Jones. He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Reid (Curt) of Pekin and Candy Atkinson (Tom) of Peoria; and his sisters, Sandy Marks (Mike) of Creve Coeur, Sue Lowe of Creve Coeur and Irma Lindlow (Bud) of Georgia. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
