He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo L. Carroll and Edna M. Carroll (Graham). He is survived by: his wife Shirley Jean Flanagan; his children, Beverly Carroll of Creve Coeur, Willard "Butchie" Carroll (Gail Stokes) of East Peoria and Christofer Carroll (Elizabeth) of Pekin; and his siblings, Laura Carroll of Pontoon Beach and Paul David Carroll (Vicki) of Hillsboro, Missouri.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
