He was predeceased by: his brother David Cusac. He is survived by: his parents, Bert R. Cusac and Shirley A. Cusac (Gohl); his wife Karen M. Owens; his children, Steven R. Cusac of Creve Coeur, Stephanie Mordhorst (Nate) of Sunnyland, Carrie Miles (Michael) of Pekin and Bethany Cusac of East Peoria; his grandchildren, Dylan, Christian, Natalyn, Halle and Logan; his siblings, Daniel Cusac (Gina) of Godfrey and Becky Smith (David) of Pekin; and his sister-in-law Lisa Cusac of Germantown Hills.
Guidelines regarding social distancing and wearing of masks will be followed.
